Week 9 of 12 Body Transformation Challenge...3 Weeks Left!
It is crazy to think that we are already going into week 10 of our Amazing12 Transformation Program. That we’ve completed 45 strength training workouts using barbells and free weights and an unbelievable amount of MEPs (Myzone Effort Points)) with sandbell slams, kettlebell swings, clean, snatches, etc over the past 10 weeks.
Week 8 of 12 - Body Transformation Program
I don’t remember the last time I’ve followed a program. I’ve done daily workouts here and there from my kettlebell guru friend, Pat, but never consistently. Even I need a coach!
