Work with us
Coach where coaching matters.
We hire carefully and invest deeply in our team. If you want to coach actual strength training (not a class format), read on.
What it's like to coach here
You will write programs for actual people you actually know. You will see members two or three times a week, for years. You will be paid well for that work, and you will be supported with mentorship, continuing education, and a team that respects the craft.
What we look for
- A real coaching certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent), plus the humility to keep learning.
- Experience programming strength training, not just running classes.
- The kind of personality that remembers names, follows up on a sore back, and notices when someone's having an off week.
- A long-game outlook on this career. Studio ME is not a stepping stone.
Current openings
We hire when we have a good fit, not on a fixed schedule. If you think you might be that fit, we'd love to hear from you anyway. Email contact@studiomefitness.com with a short intro and your credentials.
Common questions
Working at Studio ME
Still have a question? Reach out. We usually reply the same day.
What are you looking for in a coach?
A real coaching certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent), experience programming strength training rather than just running classes, and the kind of personality that remembers names and follows up when a member is having an off week.
Is this a stepping-stone job?
No. We are looking for coaches who want to build a long-term career here. Studio ME is not a stepping stone, and we invest in coaches who plan to grow with us.
How do I apply?
Reach out through this page with a little about your background and why coaching is your long game. If it looks like a fit, we will set up a conversation.
