Personal training. Real community.

Semi-private personal training in Northeast Minneapolis, coached in a group of no more than six. Receive a personalized program built for your body, designed to help you get stronger so you are never held back by injury or aging again.

Coach instructing members during a semi-private personal training session at Studio ME Fitness in Northeast Minneapolis, each working on their own custom strength program.

Expert personal training. A group that pushes you.

Semi-private training keeps everything that matters about one-on-one personal training: a program built for your body, a coach who knows your program and tracks your progress, and progression that's deliberate. You train alongside no more than five others, each working their own program, all coached by someone who knows you by name.

Every semi-private member starts with the full ME Method. A movement assessment maps your patterns, limitations, and capacity. Your coach builds your program from the results and tracks every session — so when you show up, your coach already knows where you left off and exactly what's next. Learn more about the ME Method →

It's not a class. Nobody is leading you through a workout. You show up, your program is ready, and your coach cues you through each lift. The members tell us it's the community that keeps them consistent and the coaching that keeps them progressing year after year.

What every semi-private member gets.

Your own ME Method program

Every member starts with a movement assessment. Your coach builds your program from the data and tracks every session. You and your training partners are each on something different — designed for your body, your goals, your progression.

A coach who knows you

Up to 6 members per coach. Small enough that your form gets corrected, your program stays current, and your coach always knows exactly where you are.

Consistency built in

Most members book a recurring time slot and train with the same small group week after week. The community that forms is one of the reasons people stay for years.

Real, trackable progress

Your coach manages every progression. Lifts go up on purpose. Plateaus get addressed before they become patterns. You can see exactly how far you have come.

In their words

A community of people who train smart.

Semi-private FAQ

Still have a question? Reach out. We usually reply the same day.

What's the difference between semi-private training and a group class?

Semi-private training is not a class. Your coach designs a program for your body and tracks every session. You're not following an instructor leading the room through the same workout; you show up and your personalized program is ready.

How does Studio ME create a personalized program?

Every semi-private member starts with the ME Method: a movement assessment that maps your patterns, limitations, and capacity. Your coach builds your program from those results and adjusts it based on what they see each session.

Is semi-private training good for injury prevention?

Yes. The goal is to build real strength so you're never held back by injury or aging. A coach who knows your body and program can spot imbalances and progress you safely, which is harder to do in group classes.

How many people train together in semi-private sessions?

No more than six people in the group, each on their own program. You get focused coaching attention while training alongside others.
