Studio ME Nutrition & Lifestyle Program

Nutrition that survives real life.

Twelve weeks, one skill a week, coached live by the people who train you. We do not start with a random meal plan. We assess what is actually happening, practice one skill, progress it in real life, and use feedback to decide what comes next.

The same engine as your training

The ME Method, applied to food.

Structured, personal, progressive, recovery-aware, and coached. Four moves, repeated every week.

  1. Assess

Start with your real pattern: schedule, goals, training, recovery, capacity. Week 0 is three ordinary days, observed and not judged.

  2. Practice

Build one useful skill at a time. One skill practiced beats five ideas remembered.

  3. Progress

Make the smallest change that creates a meaningful next step, inside meals you were going to eat anyway.

  4. Retest

Review what happened on the live call, use the data, and coach the next decision.

Your week

Every week has the same six steps, so you always know what to do next.

  1. 1

    Watch the short presentation.

  2. 2

Read the page for the supporting detail.

  3. 3

Use the job aid when you want more.

  4. 4

Play a short game with sample foods or situations.

  5. 5

Coach bring the skill to the live call.

  6. 6

Complete answer the portal questions to close the week.

About 25 to 40 minutes on your own, plus the live call.

Everything that is included

A complete program, not a folder of PDFs.

  • 13 short video lessons

One per week, four to twelve minutes, recorded by your coaches. Each teaches exactly one skill, then hands you one action for the week.

  • Magazine-style lesson pages

The supporting detail, job aids, and checklists for every week, written to be read on your phone in a few minutes, not a textbook.

  • Interactive practice

Card sorts, guided builders, and label tools that teach the skill inside the activity. No timers, no red or green foods, no pass or fail.

  • 12 live group calls

Every week you bring one real meal, schedule, or obstacle to the call and we coach it. The calls are where the program comes together.

  • A coach who sees your work

Every card you save and every question you answer lands with your nutrition coach, so the calls start from what you actually did.

  • An AI nutrition guide

On every page, ready to explain a term, build a recipe around your preferences, or write a shopping list. Labeled as an AI, never pretending to be staff.

  • A food journal

Photos, portions, notes, or an app: log the way that fits your life. Tracking here is information, never a grade.

  • Recipes from the studio

Meals your coaches actually cook, with per-serving protein, carbohydrate, and fat, built for the plate you learn in week three.

  • Three optional paths

Numbers Lab for people who like data, Plant-Forward Protein for vegetarian and vegan eaters, and Training Fuel for the days you lift.

  • Built for your phone

Watch on the couch, log at the table, answer the week's questions in line at the store. Everything saves as you go.

Built for real days

Busy workdays. Training days. Restaurants. Travel. The days you have nothing left.

Every example in the program comes from one of those, because that is where nutrition actually happens. Nothing here assumes a quiet Sunday and a full fridge.

Thirteen weeks, one arc

Every week builds on the last, and you keep every skill.

  1. Weeks 0 to 3Learn to read food.

Before anything changes, you learn to see what is on the plate, what each food does for you, and how to build a meal that holds you until the next one.

  2. Weeks 4 to 8Put it under real-life pressure.

Planning, shopping, eating out, training days, hydration, sleep, and the weeks when you have nothing left. One guardrail at a time, tested on your actual calendar.

  3. Weeks 9 to 12Leave with a system.

Attention, troubleshooting with your own data, and finally a 90-day system written for four kinds of days: normal, training, low-capacity, and social.

  • 13 video lessons
  • 13 lesson pages with job aids
  • 12 live group calls
  • 13 interactive practice rounds
  • 3 optional paths
  • 1 system you keep

Optional paths for people who like numbers, for plant-forward eaters, and for the days you train.

Coached, not just delivered

The live call is where it comes together.

Each week you bring one real meal, schedule, or obstacle. Your coach sees the cards you saved and the questions you answered, so the call starts from your week, not from a slide. A small group starts together and finishes together.

  • Weekly live group call, recorded if you miss it
  • A named nutrition coach who reads your work
  • An AI guide on every page for the questions in between
  • A clear line on scope: when to loop in a doctor or a registered dietitian

Join a cohort

Start with a group. Finish with a system.

A cohort is a small group that starts the same week, meets on the same call, and finishes together. Reserve a spot and the studio confirms by email. Studio ME members can log in and reserve with one tap.

Good to know

Questions people ask before week 0.

Is this a meal plan?

No. A meal plan tells you what to eat until real life gets in the way. This program teaches you to read a plate, a label, a restaurant menu, and a hard week, and to build a system that survives all four.

How much time does it take each week?

About 25 to 40 minutes on your own (a short video, a page, a game, and the week's questions) plus the live call. The weekly action happens inside meals you were going to eat anyway.

Do I have to track calories?

No. Week 0 asks for three ordinary days of notes, photos, portions, or an app, and only to answer questions. Numbers Lab is an optional path for people who like the data.

I am vegetarian, vegan, or on a GLP-1 medication. Does it fit?

Yes. Plant-forward protein is taught to everyone in week two with an extended path for vegetarian and vegan eaters. Where medication, a health condition, or an eating history is part of your picture, the program says so plainly and tells you when to loop in your doctor or a registered dietitian.

What happens if I miss a week?

Lessons stay open once they unlock, the calls are recorded, and week six is literally about building a floor for hard weeks. You do not fall out of the program for having a life.

What do I keep afterward?

Your lessons, your saved cards, your journal, and week twelve's 90-day system, written for four kinds of days: normal, training, low-capacity, and social.
