Private Training

Your body is unique. Your training should be too.

We start with a movement assessment that guides your personalized training program. One coach, one client, and a plan built entirely around you — from your first session to your last set.

The most complete coaching experience we offer.

Private training is one coach, one client, and nothing diluted. Your coach is with you for every rep, every cue, every adjustment. Your program is written for you alone and updated as you improve. This is what training looks like when nothing is shared.

Every private client goes through the full ME Method: a movement assessment to map your mobility, stability, and patterns, then a custom program built from what it finds. Your coach tracks every session, so progression is deliberate and documented. You get the complete system, applied entirely to you. Learn more about the ME Method →

Private training is also where we take on the most complex cases. Significant injury history, post-surgical recovery, returning to training after pregnancy, athletes preparing for a specific event. When precision matters most, this is the format that delivers it.

Who trains privately

  • Anyone who wants the fastest, most precise path to their goals
  • Athletes building toward an event or competitive season
  • Members recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain
  • New parents returning to training with care and intention
  • Professionals with demanding or unpredictable schedules
  • Anyone who wants every rep coached and nothing left to chance

What every private client gets.

Complete coaching attention

One coach, one client, every minute. Every rep is coached in real time. Every cue is for you. No divided attention, ever.

The full ME Method, applied to you alone

Every private client goes through a movement assessment. Your program is built from the data and tracked session-by-session. Every tool we have, calibrated entirely to you.

Programming that evolves with you

Your plan updates as you progress. Injuries, schedule changes, plateaus — your coach adjusts in real time. Nothing is generic, nothing is guesswork.

Your schedule, not ours

Early mornings, mid-day, evenings. Sessions move when life moves. We build around your schedule, not the other way around.

Private training FAQ

Still have a question? Reach out. We usually reply the same day.

How long is a private training session?

Sessions are 45 minutes. That gives us time for a proper warm-up and the main work. Every minute is yours — no sharing, no transitions between clients.

How often should I train?

Most private clients train 2 to 4 times per week. Your coach will recommend a frequency based on your goals, recovery capacity, and schedule when you come in for a tour.

What makes private different from semi-private training?

Semi-private is private training in a group setting — up to 6 members, each on their own custom program, coached by one expert. Private training means one coach is on you entirely for the full session, no sharing. Both use the ME Method and the same movement assessment. The difference is focus: in private, every variable is calibrated to you alone.

Can I combine private and semi-private sessions?

Yes. Some members train privately for complex or high-focus work and add semi-private sessions for additional training volume. Your coach will help you build the right combination for your goals.

Do you work with injury or post-surgical clients?

Private training is our primary format for members with significant injury history, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain. We also have an on-site recovery partner — Dr. Logan, a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist — who works directly with your coach when needed.
