Studio ME Fitness ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We never sell or rent your personal information — not to anyone, ever.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, phone (if you provide it), and whatever you share about your goals.
- Membership information — if you join, we keep training records, billing details, and emergency contacts, as is standard for a fitness studio.
- Site usage — analytics and advertising measurement (described below), and, if you have contacted us and the studio has enabled it, an internal record of your return visits so we can follow up.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to your inquiries, deliver training services, communicate with members, run and measure our advertising, and improve the studio. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for money — not to anyone, ever.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and share some of your activity with Google and Meta for measurement and advertising. Under some state privacy laws, this kind of disclosure to advertising partners is treated as "sharing." We do not sell your information, and you can turn this off at any time (see "Your privacy choices" below).
Returning-visit tracking
If you have submitted our contact form and the studio has turned this on, we keep a private, internal note of when you last visited and which pages you viewed, so our team can follow up well. This information stays with us and is never sold or shared.
How long we keep your information
We keep lead and member information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your privacy choices
We automatically honor the Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track signals — if your browser sends either, we turn off analytics, advertising, and return-visit tracking for you. You can also opt out manually right here, and request a copy or deletion of your personal info anytime by emailing contact@studiomefitness.com.
