Week 6 of our Body Transformation Program....Half way!

Hi all! We just wrapped up week 6 of 12 of our A12 Body Transformation Program. Everyone is noticing changes in their bodies. Nutrition is getting easier. It’s not rocket science or super complicated its more just breaking bad habits. And the group is getting closer.

How did week six go for me?

It was much better this week. I got the sleep I needed. Stayed hydrated and ate much better than last week. Cravings weren’t there which was AWESOME. I only had one day where I didn’t eat enough in the morning and craved something sweet in the evening due to my excuse of being busy and not eating when I very well could have.

The lifts felt strong even though I didn’t hit the goal numbers but that’s OK. I did what my body was capable of. It never about pushing to the max. Its no longer just about as many reps as you can get. It’s about not burning yourself out. While some used to be able to knock out 30 reps at a time, we are now struggling to get anywhere from 5-15 at a time. Mentally and physically, it’s a different strategy.

Deadlifts are getting tough for me. I am well over my weight and its been a LONG time since I’ve deadlifted that much. It’s empowering but man, its tough! It also has been really fun watching these ladies lift the weight they are and see their confidence once they complete it. I love it!!!

A downer of last week, I did have to switch my running to rowing for the density days. My knees have been really achy so I didn’t want to push it. I can’t say I am surprised. I pushed my runs too fast and didn’t do anything to help with recovery between them. What I preach to all of you, I have not been doing. Other than that, my body is feeling great!

I don’t feel deprived. I don’t feel exhausted. My recovery has been great and I am seeing changes in my body.

Enter the home stretch

We’re in the home stretch now and where we will really start to see transformations in people. Some have already lost 10+lbs, for others maybe the scale hasn’t changed but their body has, lost inches around the waist and chest, arms are showing definition, but most importantly is the posture and confidence exuding off these women. It’s amazing!
