Week 2 Body Transformation Challange- Lessons Learned
Week 2 was much easier for me. I was into my routine. I balanced my other workouts better. My runs felt better. I meal prepped better. I ate better.
Everything was just better!
Embrace boredom and begin daydreaming to get unstuck in life and work.
Boredom had become a relic of the past for me. Gone were the days when I would lie awake in bed in the morning, bored out of my mind, and daydream for a while before deciding to immerse myself into reality. I’d no longer twiddle my thumbs while waiting for a haircut or strike up a conversation with a stranger waiting in line at a coffee shop.
You keep telling yourself the world will re-open in 2 weeks...it’s been 8!
It’s time to be honest with yourself and start to accept that this is our new normal and start to figure out what the new normal looks like FOR YOU!
It’s not that hard...but it’s really hard!
Life is busier than it’s ever been. We are more addicted to bad foods than ever before. We have
an overabundance of food for the first time in human history. It’s easier than it’s ever been to
get by in a sedentary lifestyle.
