Seven Months of Hard Work

I am excited to share our member spotlight this month, Cris. Cris came to Studio ME back in April wanting to take back her life.  We spent the first month building a foundation and teaching her how to move in her body. Then she made the commitment to herself for six more months.  This is when we really settled in!

We spent time talking about her nutrition and kept working to build muscle and get her strong.  Her training included rowing on a WaterRower, strength training utilizing kettlebells and the TRX Suspension Trainer.  Don't only did we see results in far of fat loss but she got so strong! 

We only met twice per week and she was able to see amazing results. She spent a lot of her weekends building a garage with her husband. When I say building a garage I mean building a garage. They did it all by hand. I am truly amazed by her excitement and energy in each and every workout. I have never seen someone so excited to feel her muscles work. Cris you are an amazing and strong women.  I wish you all the success as you continue on your health and wellness journey.
