“I didn’t know where to start with my exercise routine. I spent years wanting to get into a regular exercise routine, but never quite found my groove. That is until I stumbled upon Studio ME.”

When I first signed up, my main goal was to establish a consistent exercise habit. I wanted to lose a bit of weight and gain some strength, especially as I could feel myself getting older and my body starting to creak. The problem? I felt embarrassed at the gym and lacked accountability.”

“I had tried various fitness methods in the past - running, at-home workouts, personal training - but nothing seemed to stick. Then, my wife introduced me to Studio ME and I decided to give it a try. I was intrigued by the idea of group classes and the potential for regular exercise that they offered.

At the time of joining, I wasn't exercising regularly at all. My first goal was simply to show up to class, no pressure for immediate results. And let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. Right from the start, I felt welcomed and supported by the staff and my fellow classmates.

I didn't have to be an expert; I just had to follow the instructions and go with the flow.”

When Joe got started, he learned that had a shoulder impingement which prevented him from doing some of the exercises in the group classes. We got him in to see Dr. Bailey, DPT, he did his homework and no longer has any restrictions!

Joe recently competed our Mighty ME Powerlifting Competition and received Rookie of the Year award. He PR’d in all three lifts from squat, bench press, and deadlift. Challenging himself to lift heavier than he ever thought he could! We are SO proud of him!
