Journey to Wellness: How Liz Transformed Her Life with Studio ME Fitness

When Liz first signed up for Studio ME Fitness, her goal was simple: create a healthy lifestyle and make taking care of her health a habit. She wanted to live a long life and experience as much as she could with the people she loved. However, the road to achieving this goal was anything but straightforward.

“I’ve had this goal for a few years, but anxiety, stress, and finding a work/life balance always held me back.”

Liz had tried everything from workout programs at home to walking on the treadmill and working out at her apartment’s gym. But she found herself quitting after a while, always finding excuses not to work out.


How did Liz find Studio ME Fitness?

“I googled ‘trainers near me,’” she recalls. Liz was at a point where she needed accountability, as she had been unsuccessful in working out on her own. With no exercise routine in place and a background of inconsistent home workouts, she decided it was time for a change.

When she first signed up, Liz’s goal was to become strong and healthy and make working out a part of her lifestyle. More than anything, she wanted to solve the problem of not making fitness a regular part of her life. Despite feeling proud of herself for taking this step, she knew the journey ahead would be challenging.

“Almost every Monday and Wednesday when I get off work, I’m exhausted mentally, physically, and I’m always hungry. But every time I walk into the gym, everyone is so welcoming and happy to be there, and I instantly absorb that attitude as well.”

Being the executive assistant to a CEO, Liz’s job is non-stop and stressful. One of her biggest challenges was simply gaining the courage to go to the gym after a long day. But the welcoming atmosphere at Studio ME Fitness made all the difference. Every time she finished a workout, she felt amazing and proud of herself. That feeling was worth all the effort and reminded her to keep going.

“I’ve been here for about 6 months now, and I’ve never worked out consistently for this long before. My main goal has always been to make this a part of my lifestyle where no matter how busy life gets, I still make time for my health.”

Liz feels hopeful and excited about her future, seeing her goal of integrating fitness into her lifestyle finally becoming routine. Her favorite part of working with Studio ME Fitness? The people! The accountability and support she received during bootcamp sessions were exactly what she needed to push herself further and not give up.
