Train with us

Three ways to train. One studio.

Whatever you choose, you'll work with an actual coach on a program built for you. The difference is who else is on the floor.

What makes Studio ME different from other gyms in Minneapolis?

Every member works with an actual coach on a program built for their body—not a generic template. You choose between private 1-on-1 coaching, semi-private training with up to 5 others on individual programs, or small group strength training with up to 15 people. The coaching is the constant.

How does a strength training coach at Studio ME structure my workouts?

We start with a movement assessment to understand your body and goals. Your strength training coach then builds a custom program and adjusts it based on how you move and what you need. If you train semi-private or in a small group, everyone has their own program—you're not following the instructor's demo.

Who should choose private coaching vs. semi-private or small group training?

Private coaching is best if you have a specific injury, unique goal, or need maximum flexibility in your schedule. Semi-private and small group options offer real coaching and community at a lower cost—semi-private is most popular at Studio ME because you get personalized programming with the energy of training alongside others.

How long does a typical session take?

Plan for about an hour at the studio. This includes time with your coach on your program and any movement prep or mobility work you need.

How do I get started with a strength training coach in Minneapolis?

Reach out to schedule a time to walk the space and meet a coach. We usually reply the same day and can answer any questions about which training style fits you best.
