You’ll receive:

  • Custom 5 days per week strength and cardio workout program that will leave you strong, flexible, and pain free. This program will leave you wanting more! You will never work out at your max or feel trashed when you leave the studio. Every workout is designed to keep you in your comfort zone. Each workout is 60-75min in length.

  • Dedicated coach to guide you on your journey, keep you accountable, and help you prioritize your workouts so you can finally feel good in your own skin and live your life to the fullest. With daily in studio sessions you will create healthy lifestyle habits to last a life time!

“I went into the program not knowing what to expect. I had gained some weight during the first stay at home order and wasn’t feeling the best physically. The first few sessions were nice because they let you get into the swing of things and help your body get used to working out five times a week. I did the things I felt comfortable doing without aggravating any of those injury concern points. I pushed myself as hard as I could. As the 12 weeks went on I had to skip a few exercises here and there and some days had to take recovery days. Trying to keep myself from getting injured, this was my main concern. 

As we were finishing up the program my body was starting to not love all the workouts and heavy load that it was put under. But I made it through the 12 weeks and I felt great otherwise. I had lost 30 pounds during the 12 weeks and was eating healthy-sized portions again. I hadn’t lifted weight that heavy since high school and my body had transformed. We'll start with an honest chat to understand you, your history, and your goals, and see if this program is a good fit for you. Space is limited so we only want to work with those who are serious about making real change and getting real results.

2. Complete a form overview & baseline testing

We’ll get you ready for the program! You’ll come in and learn proper form on all major lifts, receive a nutrition overview for Phase I, and perform baseline testing so we can start you at the appropriate weight so you don’t get injured.

3. Show up and get results

Show up for your training sessions Monday-Friday and perform, perform your cardio homework, and follow the nutrition plan and you will get amazing results just like the clients you saw above. No crazy diet and no supplements expect for protein powder. Just real results with real food and real people!
