Lots of unique classes to keep your workouts fun and fresh

We offer a variety of unique programs including: TRX Suspension Training, Bosu Balance training, Yoga, Shockwave, Indo-Row as well as small group and private training sessions. We are one of a few licensed facilities in MN that teach specialty classes of Indo-Row and SHOCKWAVE. Our classes accommodate ALL fitness levels and abilities with a focus on functional fitness to prepare you for everyday life.

At Studio ME we know group fitness can be intimidating in certain atmospheres, but you won’t find that here. We are all about preparing you for life. We use body weight along with very little equipment to get you the best results in as little time as possible. Our classes range from 30 minute express classes to 90 minute power classes. Because we mostly use body weight as equipment, there is something on the schedule for everyone. All of our talented instructors will spend time getting to know each and every one of you as well as your fitness and wellbeing goals.

We have a variety of rowing classes that utilize the WaterRower from Row & Flow, IndoRow, Total Body Row, and Row Barre. No experience is necessary for these classes. You will burn calories, sculpt muscle and enjoy fun interval workouts in a uniquely motivating, team-oriented fitness environment.

Low impact training that helps improve posture, balance, joint stability and mobility all while building lean muscle mass. Burn the fat and sculpt the body in these classes. We have three types of kettlebell classes Kettlebell Circuit, Kettlebell AMPD, and TRX Kettlebell Fusion.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Kettlebell Fusion This class combines the best of both Kettlebell and TRX classes in a terrific, functional and powerful class. You get your heart rate up and work your lower body during swings, lunges, and dead lifts with the bell, and then use the TRX to sculpt arm and back muscles.

Kettlebell CircuitFocus on strength and endurance while performing basic kettlebell movements such as swings, squats, clean and press, and snatch in a circuit format. This class is very different than our Kettlebell AMPD class. Be prepared to test your limits. Class size is smaller than our other classes due to importance of technique. If you're new to kettlebells, don't worry, the instructor will work with you before getting started.

Row BarreCombine two of your favorite classes into one and you get RowBarre. This class is a high energy/low impact, total body workout. You will experience cardio interval training on a WaterRower and strength training utilizing barre exercises. This class enables you to burn fat, tone muscle, and increase flexibility while having fun at the same time. All levels welcome.

Kettlebell Circuit

Kettlebell CircuitFocus on strength and endurance while performing basic kettlebell movements such as swings, squats, clean and press, and snatch in a circuit format. This class is very different than our Kettlebell AMPD class. Be prepared to test your limits. Class size is smaller than our other classes due to importance of technique. If you're new to kettlebells, don't worry, the instructor will work with you before getting started.

TRX Kettlebell Fusion

TRX Kettlebell Fusion This class combines the best of both Kettlebell and TRX classes in a terrific, functional and powerful class. You get your heart rate up and work your lower body during swings, lunges, and dead lifts with the bell, and then use the TRX to sculpt arm and back muscles.
