We all know that sleep is important but do you know how important it is?

Stay away from sleeping pills and work towards changing those bad habits that are leading to poor sleep patterns.
Making time for exercise is huge! Did you know that an hour workout is only 4% of your day? Sounds pathetic that we can’t even make time for 4% of our day, doesn’t it? By exercising 60 minutes five times per week you will achieve a more normal REM cycle which means a much deeper sleep and less waking up and tossing and turning. Don’t have time even for that, try our 30 minute express classes and still see benefits.
Not sold on exercise? Try sunlight and stress management techniques. Stress can do so much damage to our bodies. If you can find a way to relive it you won’t feel as fatigued and drained throughout the day. Our fantastic instructor, Siri, teaches a Restorative Yoga, that allows you turn off your mind and focus on yourself to achieve a balance in your body. It’s on Tuesday evenings from 7:15-8:15.
